I think it is a champagne glass. I'm not sure if the beads are in the base or you have carefully perched it but it's a good effect.

My very first impression is the soap gel beads that disolve in the water and make a sudsy bath. I also thought of Vit. E, but know they must be something else. There is somewhat of an illusion here with the reflection or angle.
Great challenge, can't wait to know what it is.
