Flying Fireworks

It looks like some sort of giant flying bird...a complete accident while snapping fireworks, but I thought it was unique shot worth sharing.

It sure does look like a giant fire bird, I think Donna's Pheonix descritpion hit it right on the mark.
Pretty impressive image, I could see useing a paint program and photo shop to make a surreal bird out of this. ( Just for fun )

@Fred: When I downloaded it I was amazed at what I had actually captured.
Might have to try your suggestion and see what I come up with, if anything some color variations might take it to another level. Thank you!

Accident or not mate this is a great shot. I can't wait until Summer for the fireworks in Tokyo. I want to take a photo similar to this. Great exposure on this picture. It does resemble a phoenix.

I like how this 2s shutter gets an unique result while everyone else's long "traditional" firework exposures merely catch the ordinary.
