Not sure what this one is either...the owners left some tags on the plants but not all. This one happens to be a bush not a tree.

This also looks like a camellia; it may be on a much smaller bush. Compare the leaves on yesterday's and this one. Look at the shape and position of the buds.

. . . or this might be an Hibiscus. If so, today it might open wide and give you a better idea, Jen.

I agree with VF, it does look like another Camilia, there are lots of varieties and come in all sorts of colours and sizes.
