I like where you were going with this.... The b/w conversion is excellent. But what do you think about a tighter crop to the geese in more of a panorama type crop? The trees give an excellent natural framing and although that background gives some depth I think there's too much distraction back there... ?????? OR even a vertical thin crop to just on either side of the geese up to just where the rocks are and then just below the whispy branches on the left...???? Too much? ;-)

@amy: It was a quick post...I have several but none that I quite got excited about...I never got a close enough shot to really highlight the geese and the landscape was pretty blah...I mean lovely, but nothing popping out that made me go WOW...know what I mean.
I need to play with the other images and see about some crops that might help...thanks I appreciate the ideas. This weekend was so busy that I didn't take ONE shot...can you believe it???
Next weekend it 's off to south georgia for a much deserved long weekend and of course LOTS of shots!!! : )
