Itty Bitty Lizard

This lizard is only about an inch or so and I am amazed I actually got a decent shot of it hanging on the back of my patio chair.

Pretty cool....

WAAAY COOL!! THAT is definitely a Jen's eye shot!!! Great framing, very crisp details, great exposure... FABULOUS DAHLING!!!!

The contest is for Canadian Geographic. I sincerely doubt I'll even make the short list but... thought I'd give it a try anyways as I had a few people tell me the dragonfly was contest quality. Shrug. We'll see.

Great tight focus, and the grate's strong geometry and color is the perfect foil for this little guy. I see lots of these around the house as well - way to snap the shutter before he scuttled away!

@Ken McCoy: We have quite a few here too...the skinks and then these that I think look like little crocodiles, but my husband calls them push up lizards, when they stop they push up and down like they are doing push ups...very funny site!
