Solitude...

One of my absolute favorite things to do is walk the beach alone with my camera.
All you can hear is the crashing waves and the occasional hello from another beach comber like me.

Beachcombing is an art. You've captured a very nice piece of the whole thing, both in image and in the text attached to it. I share that enjoyment. As a kid I used to like to carry a scoop net as I walked the beachline; sometimes an unwary blue crab would be hanging close in the shallows...

hey ho Jen--its strange how some of us seem to take the same themed shots at virtually the same time--I took a few beach shots last week(I'm surrounded by beaches--lucky boy!!)however,you're shot is so simple, but effective mine don't compete--so I'll have to fiddle with 'em--as I do--;-))--billy
