Pretty in Pink

Walking through my yard the other day I looked down and noticed this little silk flower laying in the grass, I assume it blew off someones outdoor decorations or perhaps tossed away without a thought. I played with midtones and color saturations and couple of different layers and in the end decided to focus less on the whole picture and more of the pretty little pink flower.

@Art Monkey: The grass was pretty unexciting in the original, a little dull green and some brown. Thought this was a better choice than all over picture saturations.

You told it but one doesn't notice at first glance it's a fake flower, but anyway, the grass colour is also made up, so now it's really a wonderful theatre piece, I really enjoy its brightness after all this sunset- and graveyard-stuff. Thanks for your compliment, by the way.
